ABOUT  US

Hello, my name is Robert Marron, founder of Inspiring Potentials Inclusion Program.

My journery into this field began when my son was diagnosed with autism at the age of three. As a parent, i quickly came to understand the challenghes that many families face-searching for opportunities where their love ones feel accepted, included, and truly part of the community.

After moving to the Antelope Valley in 2015, I noticed a significant lack of recreational programs in the are that provided inclusive, meaningful experiences. Through my time volunteering as a soccer coach with the AYSO VIP program and working in a group home with young adults with special needs, I saw firsthand how important structured, community-based activities are-and how limited the options were.

with over 15 years of experience in behavior support and redirection, i was motivated to create something different. In March 2024, Inspiring Potentials was founded to provide a space where individuals can build friendships, gain independece, and feel a true sense of belonging.

Our program is designed to be participant-centered, allowing individuials to help shape their own experiences based on their interests, needs, and goals.

That's why we created IPIP-to Inspire potential, encourage inclusion, and Build a stronger community together.

Everyone belongs, Everyone Thrives.
